Best stay in all my travels!

Beautiful hotel! Breakfast was top-notch, best I've had in all my life travels. Staff is friendly, it was so appreciated as I didn't have the same experience in other places in Austria. Pillows are very soft, but I asked the staff for extra ones and they were very kind and provided us with more.

The only little issue, nothing big really only as a recommendation: Kettle is a must in the rooms 😭 it's so cold outside in winter, and it would be so nice being able to prepare a warm drink after being out for hours.

A Gem in an Austrian village!

The location was very peaceful and quiet, and still close to major attractions. The rooms and hotel in general was very clean. The staff were very pleasant and ready to assist.

The A.C. would suddenly turn off in the middle of the night. That made it difficult for me to stay asleep or to fall back to sleep.

My colleague canceled the reservation via Booking and postponed the reservation directly with the hotel. She got the 100 EUR cheaper price and her room was twice bigger than mine. I had to watch my had to do not hit the cieling of the roof when I was walking around my bed.

the bed consists of 2 beds for 1 person with 2 mattresses... for a couple it is not normal, although I had paid for a double bed

Happy in Salzburg

A short taxi ride from Salzburg airport (€15) A wonderful and warm hotel in every respect. The staff are helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant are great value and the choice is good. Rooms are comfortable and have everything required for a short stay.

A pleasant hotel with amazing breakfast

Breakfast was amazing. Fresh station for eggs, a lot of options for different dietary preferences (from spreads, to fresh hummus, very tasty jams, etc.)

It can get quite hot in the rooms in the summer. There is no A/C currently (as of 2022)

Close to the airport, tranquil, out of the chaos of central Salzburg. Nice to return to at night.

We especially liked the automated screen system that allowed us to keep the balcony door open at night for fresh air as it was warm during our stay. The staff was helpful with tips and assistance in travel into the center and back.

Our room overlooked the outdoor dining terrace which meant that conversation and dining noise drifted up to the room until 10-11 in the evening.

Friendly welcoming staff. We were lucky to have their amazing Sunday brunch too. Nice family atmosphere.

I really like to have kettles and tea making facilities in the rooms, though I was able to take tea up to my room.

Exceptional

The room was very spacious and the bathroom too. We especially enjoyed the view from the balcony. The breakfast was great and we were lucky to be there for the once-a-month brunch Sunday which was even greater than the regular breakfast. The staff was very friendly and even helped us to send back some things we forgot :-) There is enough parking available and our late check.in was also no problem.
