Good Stay!

The property is only 5 minutes walking distance to Mall of the Emirates. The room was clean, had good amenities, and my floor was very quiet at night.

The Internet was slow so I couldn't really use it much. Also, I had sneezing allergies due to the AC, which means it requires maintenance.

Great location, tasty breakfast, friendly staff we’d definitely stay again.

The room was spacious and very clean — we stayed as a group of five and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great mix of Turkish-style options. The location is perfect; there’s a huge mall right next door, and transportation with Uber was super easy. Staff were always smiling and helpful, from the reception to the housekeeping team.

The only downside was the road construction behind the hotel. It was quite noisy at times, but of course, this is not the hotel’s fault.

Hotel was ok but the lack of pool availability and studio room size lets it down.

Convenient location in relation to the mall of the emirates and Metro. Room service was excellent. Reception team were accommodating, although I only found out on the day I check out that they had free shuttle to Outlet Mall. It would have been helpful if the hotel mentioned during check-in what services were offered.

I booked two rooms , one studio and one dual room apartment. The bathroom in the main bathroom was extremely small that you can’t manoeuvre. It wasn’t suitable as the main bedroom. Studio room was too small. Breakfast although was ok, it was in the adjacent restaurant with set menu and no variation. I was expecting a buffet breakfast & would have been great. Finally , the swimming pool times were unacceptable. Pool is only available 9am to 6pm due the hotel having only one lifeguard.

This hotel is exceptional in all ways from customer service and giving empathy to their customers. We are a victims of a burned building and this Mena aparthotel accept us open arms even we have a lot of things. Their outstanding service is unbelievable. Thank you very much.

I will never be returning to this 'Hotelapart' complex

The options were few, and the same every day. Uncertain quality, dull croissants, horrible beef? bacon, Oily deep fried commercially produced potato wedges, (like tater tots) fruit poor quality, coffee OK. The staff was kind, but totally disorganized, orders were readied at widely different rates, and delivered haphazardly. Often cold rice with no flavor at all, Strange weak soups of indefinite flavors, unrecognizable bits floating around.

Almost everything except the kind staff who struggled to reduce the restaurant's chaos, and sort out the orders. We often got our meals served out of order, or not at all, elements arriving either way too early or way too late. On the night before departure the air conditioner unit burst and released acetone fumes into the room which was then uninhabitable.

Apartment Not properly cleaned They use the same cleaning cloth to clean bathroom floor and all apartment. This caused my son to get sick and hospitalized unfortunately. Old bed sheets Old furniture and Sofa outdated TV

Great staff, Sammani at the front desk and Bell Man, was very helpful. Comfortable beds and convenient location.

They don't do the dishes for some reason and also twice didn't clean the kitchen garbage. We had to call and request to clean kitchen garbage.

Although the staff was very cooperative and helpful with requests, the cleaning was not upto the mark specially when the first time you check in to room. I had few issues which I addressed to concern department and although those were rectified, I was bit disappointed knowing the fact that I had made special instructions to ensure the room is thoroughly cleaned due to allergies at time of booking.

A few items in the room were not functioning well (eg AC and floor lamp. I requested a later check out and they extended only of 30 min. The room had less natural light. Every hotel extends it at least from 12 to 2pm

Served the purposes as I stayed only for a night, but I will not get my family to stay in this.

Location was good. bed was comfy. Spaciou room. Good layout.

Getting into and out of parking is hassle. Security Guard was not there. I had to get down from the car and go to reception to ask somone to open the gate. Turning circle in the parking lot is too narrow. Direction in the parking lot is not clear. Most electrical points in the room don't work. There is no hot water. The switch for heater on off is not clear. Water drainage in the shower is not adequate.

Very clean and liked the kitchen area. The studio was quite spacious.. Staff were friendly. Swimming pool was good.

The bed was not that comfortable and rhe twin beds were quite narrow. Could have been more crockery in the apartment and a tea towel and washing up liquid.
