Waste of money, disappointing and frustrating. Not worth 50% of what they were charging.

We booked a family suite with 2 bed rooms for a family of 4 adults (2 parents and 2 teen girls above 18 but the hotel gave us room (family suite) with no 2 separate bed rooms. In fact the layout of the room did not make any sense at all as they put 2 king beds in one large room with no privacy and most senseless thing was that they had a door in side the room with no walls around it (refer pic). Reception staff were not helpful at all and were unprofessional. We packed stuff after 2 nights stay on the promise that they will change the room but when we came back at night they neither change the room nor apologized for the false promise. Breakfast had very limited options and very limited space. Not what was shown in pics. Imagine that they did not have a dispenser in the breakfast area for water, instead they put water in a jug.

I was on the third floor and I could clearly hear the music from the lounge room at midnight; it was really loud. They don't have a laundry coined service for washing, and there is no access for pool for disabled people with wheelchairs. However, everyone was really helpful! Thank You

I really enjoyed my stay at Donatello Hotel. The location was perfect — close to the metro and main attractions, making travel during GITEX very convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety with fresh options every morning.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit faster, especially for work purposes.

The location was good enough. Cleanliness was poor. Toilet bowls weren't scrubbed well, and the floor wasn't cleaned when the last guest left.....

More effort should be put in room cleaning and thorough cleaning in the toilets because it can cause infections most especially to the female guests.

THE BEST HOTEL IN DUBAI

I like the staff very cooperative to help me arrange room decorations for my anniversary. The first I check in and request them to make decorations and they said will inform me by call when housekeeping has no busy because after check in I need to go back work until 5pm. And in office I got call from the hotel and they told me if no have housekeeping free so they can't make decorations for me and I said ok. But when my bf reached hotel and he msg me that room so amazing with awesome decorations they are made. It's so surprised for me bcause they just want to make surprise also, then when I reached hotel again around 5pm the reception show me the pic of the room and derectly I go to my room and look at that so amazing 😍 Thanksyou so much for help me make some good memories for my anniversary 2 years so fantastic ❤️❤️ next we will stay there again for the next enjoyed to stay there.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The moment I walked into the room, there was a strong, lingering smell of cigarettes, which was extremely unpleasant and unhealthy for someone like me who doesn’t smoke. One of the sinks in the bathroom wasn’t working properly—the water barely flowed, making it difficult to use. On a positive note, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness and room condition overshadowed the good service.

Stay with amazing, friendly, and reliable staff at this place

The staff were super polite and friendly. The kitchen staff and the head chef was amazing. The cleaning team were quite good. Overall you could see the presence of the staff almost at any time of the day/night so you knew someone would assist you if needed. I would like to specifically thanks the staff at the reception for the dates I stayed and the chef.

The access to some areas are a bit difficult and the distance to the airport is quite a lot. Another thing is not the issue with this hotel but multiple constructions which slightly impact your walking to the Metro and The Mall of Emirates (I guess those will be sorted in a year or two).

I am a regular guest and like the location as well as the value of money. Also I like the receptionist named Ms. April, she was helpful and cooperative.

The AC was freezing even if I switch it off, it still blew cold air.
