Great value for money

Good size family room with 2 bathrooms but only one toilet. Great quality in room dining (room service)

Breakfast buffet- choice and quality could be better but unfortunately it was shared with the Ibis hotel next door. Paying for a premium hotel experience with Novotel, we do not wish to have Ibis quality and hotel breakfasts or anything else! In the room, the shower and toilet are extremely small and if you are larger the you will struggle to fit or turn in the tiny area. The room however is very large though. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and needs renewing.

The hotel is nicely situated midway between JBR and Downtown. The metro was near. The rooms was comfortable. The entrance smelled lovely when you entered the hotel. There was a carefour close by + restaurants nearby.

They were building close to the hotel, therefore in the early mornings and afternoon they started with noise.They first placed us in a smoking room, which was bad. Then moved to non-smoking room. The bathroom did not have lotion, there was not milk/cream. I did ask for cream and received. The bathroom walls can do with a deepclean. The shower had a bad smell from the drain and there was small bugs on the shower wall.

Great place to stay very close to the mall and airport and great size rooms.

The reception staff member on arrival was very friendly and Rama from. Housekeeping was amazing, she did a great job and was so nice, thank you.

Breakfast was horrible. Burnt bacon, sloppy eggs, no mugs to be found in a cramped busy room packed with people. Next time I will skip paying extra for breakfast on the package.

location was good, but chosen too

I was in a work trip, the hotel was not full but rather felt empty and still I was placed in second floor when there was construction outside just next to the building which was very noisy and loud - I could not sleep because of that properly or neither work in room. . I think it would have been nice to know about the construction site next to the hotel causing noise when I booked the room, as in business trip the one thing you need is good night sleep. In addition, I found the room strange - 2 toilets, 2 showers & a bath tub, 2 sofas, but no working desk.

Everything was perfect

I recently spent two nights at this hotel in Dubai, and the experience was excellent. The location is truly perfect, making it easy to reach everything I needed during my stay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. I would especially like to mention Mr. Nagib at the reception—his assistance and customer service were outstanding. The rooms were comfortable and nicely arranged, and everything contributed to a pleasant stay. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Dubai.

Room design is weird : The toilet is situated near the room door and the shower at the end of the room. The toilet is really small and you can barely close the door if you go inside!!! The breakfast needs improvement...

Clean comfortable rooms. Room was a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but they upgraded me to a family suite which gave me plenty of space . Staff were all excellent.

Great location and friendly staff

Our family had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful (Joah) and professional, and we were very impressed by the cleanliness of the pool. Our room was perfectly sized for a family, providing ample space. The only minor challenge was the in-room Wi-Fi, which was quite slow and hindered our ability to work, but the hotel's excellent location was a significant advantage.

Overall good experience

Near mall of emirates Neat and clean room Staff at front desk was cooperative as they allowed me early check in and late check out.

Sound proofing was not good Toothbrush and slippers were not provided , got them at request Shaving kit was never given . Amenities were never given again on the remaining 4 days stay.
