worst experience, bad choice

Breakfast was fine but the room was not good, we complained about the stinking smell in our washroom, and we had to switch to new room after 2 days. Staff few are nice but most of the staff for some reason their attitude was horrible

Should be a huge improvements when the roadworks have been completed.

Breakfast was a reasonable range of options - with an option to order 'prepared as you wait' meals.

Roadworks made the hotel difficult to access by vehicle at times. We had to walk to meet our driver at one time. Room was facing the raod and night roadworks did not help our sleep!

A value for money propostition near a very central and happening area of Dubai.

Had a pleasant time, many thanks to the staff who were fabulous in managing the requirements. Very pleasant stay and the breakfast buffet and cafe are both very well stocked and food was great! It would have been good if front desk had informed about taxes on the calls made from the phone in the room, this was an oversight. Location is excellent given its a hop skip and jump away from the Mall of the Emirates! I had a very comfortable and spacious room and the amenities were well thought out. I also liked the sustainability stance by the hotel and the steps taken to reduce the carbon footprint. Kudos to the team!

Great staff & clean comfortable hotel

The room I got was very spacious for 2 adults & 2 infants (we were provided 2 baby cots without additional charges). Room, common areas, the complete hotel was so so clean , well maintained & hence comfortable for us. Breakfast buffet was good. The best thing that I & my husband loved was the staff at Flora.. I wouldn’t take any specific names because the entire staff from reception to restaurant to housekeeping were so damn good & well spoken. They always had smiles on their faces.. always greeted you with a smile.. housekeeping was so prompt.. ask them for something and they would do it immediately with a smile. The staff was very very considerate and cooperative with our requests for 2 infants.. Believe me when I say this, we were there 4 nights and it felt like home. Flora you really should retain all your existing staff , they are so well suited for their jobs. There were many other things too that we loved but to sum up it was an exceptional experience for us. I had already recommended this place to my peers & friends. And btw the hotel is kid friendly.

Perfect value for money hotel with big n clean rooms in a central location close to everything

Everything was spot on from check in to check out. Spacious clean and comfortable rooms. Big washrooms. Ample underground parking, prompt house keeping service. Location was perfect next Mall of Emirates and walking distance to metro. Lots of eating options around. Will surely stay again here.

The Flora Al Barsha Hotel was a pleasure to stay in and I will return.

All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and attentive, especially Reetu, Vaneet and Karthik. They remembered when I went into the restaurant and because I was on my own, they made sure to stop and greet me and check if I needed anything. In a busy hotel, it's the small details like this that stand out. Also the location of the hotel, within a 7 min walk to the Mall of the Emirates is very convenient. I will definitely return in the future.

I don't really have any negative comments but if I was to offer a comment for future improvement, I would prefer a walk-in shower rather than a shower over a bath as this isn't as easy to manage as you get older.

It's in ideal location and if you take taxi to both side either burj al Khalifa or Bar Dubai, it comes in the middle. Mall of Emirates is next to it so very convenient to explore. Lots of restaurants and convenience shops around. Excellent choice 👌
