Ambience and proximity to mall
Wifi. Poor for an hotel of that calibre Breakfast buffet menu needs to be change daily to encourage guest to attend

Immaculate and customer facing staff were excellent
Pool area is in shade until 11 noon earliest so no sunbathing in the morning.

Position to the Mall of the Emirates, room is spacious
It’s not clean enough, it feels dark and airless. The doors and cupboards feel sticky to the touch and everywhere is signs of dirt. The shower’s water pressure is weak. The view from our room was described as a city view, but its a view of the mall’s roof only.
