Ambience and proximity to mall

Wifi. Poor for an hotel of that calibre Breakfast buffet menu needs to be change daily to encourage guest to attend

Only reason to stay is the location to the mall

Position to the Mall of the Emirates, room is spacious

It’s not clean enough, it feels dark and airless. The doors and cupboards feel sticky to the touch and everywhere is signs of dirt. The shower’s water pressure is weak. The view from our room was described as a city view, but its a view of the mall’s roof only.

Wow , I must admit that this is one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The service is exceptional, food is excellent, breakfast is delicious , pool has a great music and ambiance. Highly recommend for high class vacation .

The room service is very expensive. Even if I compare Atlantis the palm and the royal the prices in this hotel are exaggerated. I paid for redbull 75AED.

The location. It is directly connected to the Mall of Emirates.

I was given a smoking room in a very intense smoking floor even though i asked for non-smoking room. I could barely breath in it. The in-room dining was very very expensive for the food quality. The room booked was somehow downgraded to a lower valued room.

Great short vacation! We will be back soon!

This hotel deserves the 10/10 rating! From the first moment at the reception, when Malek welcomed us and introduced us to all the important information, until check out, everyone was very kind and hospitable. Special praise to the very professional housekeeping service on the fifth floor and Rashid, who made our stay flawless. The room was large, nicely decorated, and pleasant to stay in, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice and very professional service. We enjoyed the hotel pool (thank you, Andrea, and great lifeguard team) and used our complimentary tickets for Ski Dubai, which was a lot of fun!

Amazingggg

This is my first 10 rated review Literally this hotel is amazing in every single way. Every single employee was amazing and hospitable. The butler, the bell boys, receptionists, life guards, bar tenders, servers. Every single one of them. I paid a large sum of money but I truly found that value in their service and product.

An amazing hotel with brilliant service levels. A great Spanish restaurant Sorero and also Eugene.with mulit cuisine.

Perfect position. Great Mall attached. Excellent team and large rooms with brilliant service levels.

Great staff but not so great room .

Brilliant customer service and very polite.

Our room was not great at all. There was an awful smell probably from the ac unit . Air freshener efforts by the staff were unlikely to resolve this. It did effect my stay and my husband who hardly complains was unable to settle. We hardly spent time in the room . It was disastrous for me as I was treating him for his birthday. An alternative room should have been offered and we didn't ask either. We won't be coming back here and I dont feel I can recommend this hotel.

Great location, great service - a luxurious stay. Can highly recommend

Staff were so attentive and the service could not be faulted. Despite then hotel pool being shut we were offered a fabulous alternative to visit their other hotel on the Palm with all transfers organised very efficiently

The stay was great but could be better.

The staff were nice and friendly. I stayed in the Executive Grande Deluxe which was comfortable and the room size for great for my family. The room had a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 kids or an adult. The toilet can be accessed from the living room and from the room which makes it very convenient for people staying in the living room. The lounge access was a bonus, it was great for afternoon tea / coffee.

Unfortunately during our stay the pool was under renovation which was a disappointment for our family as my kid wanted to swim. However, we were able to use a neighboring hotel (Sherton) which was 2min away by car or 5-10 mins walk through the mall. The gym room was verrrry small and not well equipped. I was told the a bigger nea gym will be opening soon, hopefully on my next visit. The Coach was very nice and helpful. The breakfast in the executive lounge was basic, not much variety and could get busy with not enough tables/ seats.

Good hotel

Good rooms and nice breakfast. They took us to the palm hotel as the pool was being serviced. Executive rooms get very nice afternoon tea and canapés.

Some of the breakfast staff were rude. Lots of the hotel was under renovation so we couldn't use all the facilities in the hotel.

Wonderful

Generally, everything was great, just when I checked in the staff couldn’t find my membership number, and when I checked out the other staff find my membership number very fast. The other thing was that when they gave me the rest band for enter the ski the stag didn’t give me full information and two tickets for adults without the kids, so we couldn’t enjoy as a family. The climate is warm in the main lobby.

The service was good and fast, the Roman was nice and comfortable
