Beautiful And absolutely comfortable

A great experience this was my second stay. The Housekeeping staff I didnt get to meet them in person but they were absolutely just amazing people they just did wonderful job everyday were very very detailed in ensuring that our stay was comfortable and great. So they deserve all the praise. Once again thank you to Muhammad at the receiption remembered me from our last stay and went on to give us a room with great view. We had a small incident with the security but the Supervisor of the Hotel - Mr. Hazem was absolutely great at addressing our concern and went extra mile to ensure we were satisified with our stay. Thanks for the late check-out and airport Taxi from the hotel. Mr Ali the security staff also did take our concern seriously and sympathized with us and did take our feedback seriously. Over the whole staff is very very polite and helpful hands-on at the breakfast and room service. The location is just amazing inside the MOE. You feel the privilage and the handfree shopping experience is just the best thing you can get. You can drop all your shopping at the Hands free kisok throughout the MOE and they get it send directly to your room no limits and completely free.

A timeless classic with modern convenience

Classic charm with a touch of luxury. Some rooms are well maintained, service is good, and direct access to Mall of the Emirates makes shopping & dining very convenient. Special thanks to Manager Majdi for being wise, respectful, and extremely helpful.

Hotel is a bit old, and certain rooms show signs of wear & tear needing attention. Small improvements could lift the overall experience further.

Great weekend

The corner suite was fantastic – spacious and comfortable. The service was outstanding, with every team member greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything was prompt. We especially loved the club access, which offered a wonderful selection of afternoon and evening snacks. The team there made the experience even more special, with a special thanks to Mark from the club lounge for his excellent hospitality.

Amazing

Overall we enjoyed our stay the place is very nice and the fact that the hotel is connected to MOE this is a bonus .. All staff were helpful and friendly Especially Hazem( Night shift Manager ) and Majdi AlAbbadi ( Morning Shift Manager) and the butler supervisor they all tried their best to make our stay unforgettable. The maintenance in the mall was little bit noisy but the team was responsive and resolved this matter very quickly.

There was a moldy smell in our room. As if it wasn’t opened for a long time, The pool wasn’t in service, and whilst we had the opportunity to go to another resort, it wasn’t convenient for us.

A short but sweet stay

We arrived at the hotel around 5.30am in the morning after a long 15 hour flight from Sydney, Australia. When we arrived our room was occupied and there were no others like it available for an early check in. I have two little kids 3 1/2 and 1 years old who were both tired ready for a nap and the prospect of waiting until 3pm when our room was ready was daunting. The lovely staff went over and above to find and upgrade us to another room so we didn't have to wait. Although the pool area at the hotel was being renovated, they organised a private transfer to take us to their sister hotel to use the pool and pick us up when we were ready to come home. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious and everyone was helpful, friendly and accomodating. Wish we could have stayed longer to check out the mall and ski fields but it was a quick stop over on the way to Europe.

Great Service, Perfect Location and Luxurious stay. Room Services, Guest Services and House Keeping staff all are amazing very humble and helpful. They make your stay very comfortable and MOE is right there which is the best mall with all brands and great restaurants. The best service you can get as guest is the Handfree service that allows you to shop and give all your shopping to the handsfree team who gets it delivered to your room within mins courtesy of the Hotel Staff. Great Service by Muhammad at reception, Carlos was amazing at Salero restaurant.

Lovely and very comfortable stay at the Kempinski hotel! I will 100% return!

The breakfast was really good, and it had a really good assortment of foods. The best part was Mohammed and his team, who were really kind and always willing to help me and my team of colleagues feel at home. The restaurants were amazing: I had the chance to go to Xu, Salero and Eugene and in all food was superb! Many extra points at Salero to Maria and her team to always make us feel at home! Their efforts ranged from remembering the choices we preferred, to finding an extra seat even though the place was full during flamenco nights. The attention to details in this hotel and restauratns is definitely a 5 star!!

I never found out how to turn off the bathroom lights under the sink, lol! And I forgot to ask... so maybe a sign or pointer could help to other buys people find that. (It's kind of my falult)

It has been a decent 5 star hotel like 15 y ago. Today this is a 3 star hotel at best. But facilities like carpet, beds etc are old and don't feel fresh. That puts one off. Don't recommend it. They better invest money to upgrade

The staff were amazing. From the valet to the front desk and house keeping, everyone was amazing and polite. We got a free room upgrade too. Wifi was decent, amazing breakfast and seating area. Location wise it was perfect, right next to the Mall of Emirates, and 20-30mins from all other major locations in Dubai. You get free car parking if you are a hotel guest.

The view from our room wasn't the best, but it wasn't too big of a deal for us. One thing that needs improvement in the room is the light switches. They all look very old and used. They certainly need to be changed. The cabinet doors closed with a bang, so I think soft-close hinges would be a nice thing to add. We noticed on our second day that there was some construction going on above our room. Although it happened only during the day (even on the weekends), it was still very annoying and very loud. We did not ask to be moved as we were only there for a few nights, and it did not happen at night time.

Wonderful location and can be a great bargain if you book ahead of time

The location with a direct access to the mall of emirates is just phenomenal. Access to metro station from the mall is also a plus but it’s a lot of walking. The location is also close to many things around Dubai like dubai hills, arab tower, JBR. Renting a car is also possible through the thrifty office in the mall so you can pick up and drop the car at the mall

Only thing good about this hotel is the amazing staff

The position on the main road very noisy. As we arrived to the hotel we couldn’t even stop the car to unload the luggage, was too crowded, looked like a central station entrance. The pool was completely shaded most of the day and we took a pool chalet that we couldn’t use. No privacy since the pool area was small and people literally could see inside the room. The shades in the room were partially broken so people could see inside. At the end we decided to change hotel, we couldn’t cancel anymore so we paid for 2 hotels. We left our stuff inside took the essentials and changed hotel.

Short and sweet, for those who love shopping it's very convienient!!!

Breakfast was awesome!!! Room size this time i got a smaller room - Superior room which was quite small but still very clean. The hotel was full which shows that demand is high. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes shopping!!!
