Great Stay, Amazing Staff

Fantastic hotel and even better people with the warmest smiles. I stayed here for 17 nights on a business visit, and the housekeeping team of Kaung, Saurabh, Rajkumar and Rohit ensured that my stay was perfect. The breakfast spread was superb as well with Western, Asian, Indian and continental options available that suits anyone's palette. The team at the restaurant were amongst the best, and pampered me to the core with personalized tasty food from the kitchen in addition to the spread they had. The location was fantastic and very close to the beaches and Sheikh Zayed Road making it easy to catch a cab and commute for business or leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel on my next visit to Dubai too.

Fantastic hotel, high recommend.

We stay at this hotel every time we come to Dubai. The staff are incredibly polite, attentive and welcoming. Saurabh on the housekeeping team is fantastic and looks after us with pleasure on each stay. The rooms are large, clean and modern, and the hotel restaurant is really impressive. We like it because it’s a home away from home, tucked away from the glitz and glam of Dubai.

It doesn’t bother us as we always have a rental car, but for those not with a car you will have to get an uber everywhere. Car rentals from the airport are super cheap in Dubai and the hotel has great secure underground parking.

Location suited us very well. We did'nt have breakfast.

When we checked in we were allocated a room looking onto a black wall. Thankfully we were able to change room and had no comlplaints. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very good and friendly staff. Would recommend.

I could stay here forever))

The hotel is in a great location very easy access to anywhere, it was quiet and peaceful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Binita from the housekeeping team made me feel so at home. I will definitely be returning here on my future trips to Dubai

Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to ensure you had the best stay. Rajenora and Sankar were brilliant and our rooms were spotless.

I was on the 2nd floor. Late night cleaning and moving of tables was an issue. Similarly, housekeeping carts an vacuum on late evenings made it rather a noisy experience.

Incredible Stay this time! 😍😍

I had an incredible stay this time and the friendly staff made it very special. I stayed at Lemon Tree over 5 times before, but this time my stay was extra special due to the Staff. Marwa at the reception was very friendly and responsive, she arranged my Delivery and pick-ups at the reception. Also the cleaning Staff Rahul and the guy at the swimming Pool was more than welcoming and provided me with all what i needed for my stay. The Hotel location is very prime and i highly recommend staying there. Until next time.

Good value except for shuttle and transfer fees which are very high.

The bathroom was tiny, the rest of the room was fine except no city view (as booking.com advertising promised) just of next-door property. More importantly, booking.com said there was an airport shuttle, but no mention of any cost, until after I booked and then messaged the hotel and they said there was a fee of AED 250 each way which is AUD$104 and more than twice the cost of an Uber! Booking.com advertised free shuttle to the beach, but when I asked the property, they said only once a day at 11am and that time had passed already. Reception - when we asked reception for a recommendation for a restaurant by the beach 2 people didn't seem to understand the question and then said they had no idea, the 3rd person gave us a recommendation.

The staff was very helpful and cooperative. Marwa and others at the front desk gave useful suggestions for places to visit and eat. The house keeping staff, Kaung and Rahul ensured quick service and kept our rooms spotless. The staff during our breakfast at Shabestan was very kind and polite. The menu offered good options.

Our booking included a complementary shuttle service. But the timings of shuttle service was not very useful as it was only once in a day. However, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance, so that made our commute easier on days when we used public transport.

My go-to for a Dubai staycation!

My go-to when I stay in Dubai, as they have a 36 hour staycation offer often. Who doesn’t love a late checkout?! Staff are friendly, rooms are comfortable, and the rooftop pool is great to catch some sun. ☀️

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending a night at the Lemon Tree Hotel yesterday, and we were absolutely delighted by the perfect hospitality we experienced from the entire team. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Samandar at the front office provided us with exceptional care and a truly warm welcome. His welcoming demeanor set the tone for a fantastic stay. We were equally impressed by the great care and help provided by the room service and housekeeping staff.
