In general the hotel didn’t match my expectations and i would not stay there again .

Breakfast was good and Bell Boys where very friendly .

Something that I didn’t like was the unprofessional staff at breakfast . I had breakfast early around 5:30Am and then I came back at 10:00Am to just grab a coffee because I was really exhausted from the jet lag from last day and I had an excursion booked. Then the lady she just told me „ you had breakfast already‘ . Extremely unprofessional and rude . In case I can’t grab a coffee from The breakfast, there are other ways to talk with a guest . Reception in the morning , upon arrival I asked if I could get a room to change so i can continue the day because I know I arrived early and they told me no , but I can get a room with an extra payment or otherwise I had to wait 1-2 hours until the room was ready. I truly understand and appreciate that but I do believe that when you see a guest tired at least offer him a cup of coffee or being more friendly so The guest can have a warm welcome .

Near Emirates mall.

Too crowded. Staff aren’t helpful except for the manager (Egyptian), the others were a bit rude. No variety of breakfast and lunch.

The location suited our needs Life guard Jude is lovely and kind ,

Breakfast was quite poor, chef seemed to be put out having to make me poached eggs, We asked for a non smoking room, were upgraded to a suite, rm 824 which had a very disgusting smell of smoking in the hallway /lounge area, as non smokers this is drawn To our attention straight away , The pool area could be more welcoming , e placing a towel on each bed in the morning, I appreciate thee is sand in the atmosphere , but maybe cleaning the lights on the wall, the flower pots , would give the pool area a nicer look, Having a cabinet for the overspill towels Instead of them being on bin liners when you collect them , I know it’s a budget hotel but these small things would enhance the stay There is opportunity for the bar man to visit the patrons by the pool offering drinks or snacks , maybe give him shorts and a polo shirt as working outside in the bar instead of the more formal shirt and trousers , and then it would be a more relaxed environment, These are personal notes that if I was a member of your team I’d look to imply ,

Superb, especially the vegetable fried rice and coffee. But, my favorite bread - danish bread just a little bit sad. Great location, near to metro and mall.

First and last time to stay there

I faced an issue driving to Dubai and I checked in at 5 am it would have been nice of them to give me an hour or two extra to sleep better and I kindly asked them however at 11:45 am they started calling and asking me if I want to checkout or stay Another thing when I entered the room other guests were screaming and arguing out of their rooms and door were being shut very hard which also made my stay horrible
