    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I look forward to staying here again in the future

    Location wise, it was good since it was near the Mall of the Emirates and there were supermarkets nearby. The front desk was professional. He even upgraded the room to one bedroom instead of the classic studio only. It was huge for just two persons. We were able to use the kitchen. The washing machine was kinda old, but still usable. They had free parking which was good considering parking in that area was scarce.

    I stayed there 30 days, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, the receptionist, ***, and her manager, ***, were extremely rude and unprofessional in my experience. I was still staying in the hotel and had extended my stay for 3 additional days. My payment of ***AED was due, and when I returned from the office there was an issue with my bank. I explained clearly that I would make the payment later that night. I only had 50 AED in cash at the time, which they took, and I was given a strict 2-hour deadline with a warning that I would be charged extra if I didn’t pay. What made it frustrating was that I was already staying in the hotel for a month — I wasn’t going anywhere. I had every intention to pay the same day. The way the situation was handled felt robotic and lacked basic hospitality or understanding. Working in hospitality should mean showing some flexibility and professionalism, but that was completely missing in this case. Another important thing to note before booking: they do not allow visitors at all, even if the visitor provides valid ID. I was not aware of this strict visitor policy before booking. When my guest came, the staff were rude to them, which was extremely embarrassing. The attitude in the lobby was uncomfortable, and every time I passed through, I felt unwelcome. To be fair, the rest of the staff — especially the cleaning team and helpers — were polite and hardworking. I have no complaints about them. The rooms themselves are average, nothing special. I stayed during a very busy season (Gulfood Expo), and I couldn’t find other options at the time. Otherwise, there are definitely better value-for-money hotels in Dubai that offer better service and a more welcoming environment. Their gym is extremely small too barely functional and no swimming pool.
