    As a matter of fact, the hotel is very good, and I really love how spacious and comfortable the room is. Special thanks to the housekeeping team and the concierge staff, they are very friendly and welcoming. However, I would like to highlight a few areas that could be improved. First, the gym timing needs to be looked into. Whenever I go to the gym after 8:00 a.m., it is always closed, even though they stated opening time is 8:00 a.m. Also, apart from the two female receptionists, who are very friendly and welcoming, the male receptionist always seems very serious and rarely smiles. A more welcoming attitude would make guests feel even more comfortable. I would also kindly suggest paying attention to the exterior of the building and cleaning the outside walls. The hotel rooms are much more beautiful than the outside of the building, which currently looks a little rough. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others. You will really enjoy your stay, and the staff are generally very helpful and friendly. Thanks to all the staff for their efforts and hospitality.

    I highly recommend city stay garden hotel apartment, we stay 8 nights and very reasonable prices outstanding services, location also walking distance of emirate mall and train station.
