Hotel Central Résidence

Wellness area and design of hotel.

Room was old and the breakfast very poor. No fresh veggie at all, no fried eggs, just a coffee machine waiting time very long .

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor pool, with dedicated time slots for children, which made it very family-friendly. The buffet (half board) was also excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options.

The spa and pool were simply great! Staff very friendly!

Some room amenities/facilities were old or broken or unusable: broken ventilation, blocked sink in the in the toilet, e.g. kettle had UK plug and coffee machine had EU plug - no adapter, therefore there was no way to use them!

The receptionist, who was a young man, was very kind and helpful. view was perfect. very quiet. I like decoration . parking place was good. good hiking.

The bathroom was not comfortable. pool was dirty. I saw a child whose father helped him to pee by the pool. The jacuzzi was not strong and hot, the water pressure was very weak. breakfast was good but .The servers are not very kind and professional. a man who was the server always followed us and looked at our plates to see what we were taking to eat. I did not feel relaxed at all while eating breakfast. The servers were constantly walking around our table and looking at our table. We had not finished yet, the lady who was the server came and told us that if you finish, I will collect the plates.
