Great location, helpful person at the desk on check-in, and it was close to the shops, bars, and restaurants. Breakfast was very good as well. On the Via Francigena path, which was wonderful, we didn't have to divert off the path at all.

The room smelt terrible (cigarette smoking); it had been poorly cleaned; there was some construction works all night without any notice prior to my venue; the bathroom facilities were old, the bathtub mal functioning. CHF 220 price for one person one night, for that standing, it is unacceptable.

Practical hotel in town center

Close to station and village centre. Friendly staff. We were able to wait for our train in the lounge area. Room was small but comfortable train going past didn't bother us.

Breakfast is adequate. Nothing to do with hotel really but... Taxi driver overcharged us for our 2 suitcases. We ordered one from the hotel..just check how much they will charge. 25chf to drive to station and we could manage our bags ..just had a sore knee and couldn't walk distance.

OK, but with active management could be brilliant.

Nice hotel, a short walk from the station. Good room, a little noisy when the Train runs through the street from horribly early in the morning.

The staff were nice but it was a very disconnected management. Mostly there were no staff on duty. Staff were only there for a short period in the morning and the evening. It felt more like an ABB rental than a hotel, but with Hotel costs.

the hotel was close enough to the train station.

The wifi was fluctuating and it was difficult to maintain discussions during meetings. The breakfast was very limited. The rooms had no a/c.

Unstaffed reception

The location is central and you have the cute trains for Leysin running through the street. The breakfast was nice.

We did not know that the hotel would be partially closed and no staff would be available at the time of our arrival. A code was sent to us and we had to let ourselves in and to find out about everything by ourselves. This does go together with the unchanged price for a modest room.

Pathetic, wont recommend to stay here unless no other option

Nothing to like, fairly average. Only good thing is that hotel is close to station and market with eateries around

Room is too small and not at all 235 sq ft as advertised on the posting and booking. Its too small and cramped even for 2 people. Parking costs minium 10-12 extra and breakfast is fairly basic
