Overall a very nice hotel.
Reception needs additional training to welcome guests and understand their booking but everything else was very high quality.

This hotel is a GEM. Really amazing stay. The hotel was recently fully remodeled, and everything is brand new. The views are stunning (get the panorama room it is worth it). The amenities are wonderful. There is a welness area with three diferent types of sauna, relaxation room with views, pool and top notch gym. Every floor has a bar with free refreshments (water, tea, soda, coffee) that guests can access 24hrs. Rooms are big! Bedding is amazing. Only notes: the service was a little below expectation and pomp of the hotel, but nothing grave that would deter another visit. Also, the TVs are not smart tvs, so no netflix. I will be back for sure!
