We love the hotel and the people are super friendly! It will remain our go to in Villars-sur-Ollon.

The hotel is perfectly located in Villars. Close to shops, trains and buses and main square. The views are spectacular.

The breakfast is mediocre and the flow of the buffet is not well organised. It is a very small issue, but the hotel never cooks enough boiled eggs! Ridiculous. I have stayed there four times and on most occasions have had to ask them to cook more eggs! So funny.

Desk is open not 24 hours but all was perfect prepared for visit.

Located near to our school. Very convenient for school visitors. Same time it is central place in town. Super room. View is amazing!

The restaurant was closed (Tuesday & Wednesday) - surely that should have been signalled when we booked? The woman ‘supervising’ breakfast was downright rude and unhelpful. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but it put a downer on our experience

Everything Staff, clean, location Everything is perfect at this hotel and I recommend it

I don't like and I don't trust booking.com anymore. The time you'll have an issues with a hotel, you'll understand what I mean. They'll say to you we are just platform. So what if you arrive and the hotel/ apartment is full of dog hair or fleas. Believe me booking.com won't do anything for you. This happened to me at a different apartment at the same village.

Perfect for exploring Villars

I was surprised to be upgraded to a junior suite. The room was fantastic with a large balcony and large, beautiful bathroom with a large tub, perfect for taking a soak - and bath salts were provided. I could Park my car out front at no extra cost and the hotel is centrally located for exploring. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

the location is really perfect, there is a train station right in front and many restaurants nearby, it is a walking distance from the sport center. The food in the restaurant was very good. On arrival the lady on reception was very nice and friendly.

not all the staff in the hotel is very friendly, one day (Sunday) the team was very grumpy, we had to ask for eggs for the breakfast as the pot was empty and during the dinner the servants in the restaurant behaved as is they are very annoyed with their job. During out 3 nights stay the floor in the room was not cleaned and the towels are so old that they tiered apart in the hands.

Conveniently located just next to the train station to get up to the slopes (leaves every 15/30 minutes). A very nice hotel with comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a great continental breakfast in the morning. Definitely would stay again!

A Boutique hotel

Its a nice cozy boutique family run hotel right at the centre of Villars. The staff is very helpful and supportive to make you stay a memorable one. The location is excellent as its near to all convenience store, pharmacy and restaurants. The rooms are decent size, ample storage, comfy beds, toiletries ,balcony with amazing views & parking for the car.

The selection of breakfast is very poor with limited choice and the price being charged for it. There is no hot breakfast served. This is something the hotel can improve.
