Wonderful location on the slopes. Beautiful, cosy rooms. Extremely comfortable beds. Modern bathroom

Delicious supper - Thai cod curry. Delicate, perfect amount. Haute-cuisine in the mountain. The hosts were chatty, engaged. Able to have a late check out because there were no other guests arriving for our room. That was one of the best things because it meant we could ski happily during the morning. Perfect.

Tiny thing. Perhaps you could be a bit more upfront about pricing. Not always 100% sure what was offered, what was an extra fee. I happily paid for breakfast and drinks - but have no idea what the cost was...

Breakfast was great and delicious, with the view on the slopes. Location is great, surrounded by ski slopes, lounge is warm and family friendly, atmosphere is great and host welcomed us very warmly.

Grosse arnaque ..

l'hôtel est placé sur les pistes de sky

J'ai réservé sur booking une chambre de 27m2 à villars sur Ollon que je connais bien. Déjà, l'établissement n'est pas à Villars-sur-Ollon mais sur le col de bretaye ce qui n'est pas pareil. L'établissement n'est pas accessible en voiture mais par train. Pour ceux qui ont des bagages c’est la galère, il faut traverser les pistes de sky pour se rendre à l'hôtel à environ 1 km. La chambre qui m’a été donnée par l’hôtel ne correspond pas à ce qui est décrit sur booking 27 m2. J’ai posé la question, les employés m’ont répondu qu’il n'existait pas dans l’hôtel des chambres de 27 m2 . le tarif prohibitif des repas et des boissons. Les tarifs des boissons et repas n'étaient pas affichés dans l' hôtel. Les tarifs sont à la tête des clients. J'ai du payé du poulet frit repas populaire 175 francs. Le tarif du petit déjeuner annoncé sur booking ne m'a pas été appliqué, sur booking le petit déjeuner inférieur à 20 CHF suisse, j'ai payé 50 CHF suisse. Il m'ont facturé le feu d'artifice du nouvel an à 280 CHF suisse alors que je n'avais rien demandé.... bref, ils ont rajouté sur ma note des services qu' eux seuls connaissent. résultat, je me suis retrouvé avec un surcoût de plus de 750 CHF suisse ( repas et boissons, 2 petits déjeuners plus deux repas pour 2 adultes) pour juste 2 nuits sachant que la chambre avait déjà été réglée sur booking... C'est vraiment abusé. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement à quelqu'un...
