Excellent location- south west facing room very quite - great views - the spa was very good with good pool steam room and saunas - Chinese restaurant very good especially giant shrimp on slate and beef on slate and crispy duck - breakfast was more than adequate- plenty supplied all self service - overall good value for money
Nothing springs to mind given the relative cost

Very nice hotel, right in the center of town and near lifts, very helpful staff, nice spa and good breakfast. It was a wonderful weekend there!
Nothing, it was great!

The view was exceptional, the staff were very friendly, and the food in the area was great. The location is ideal—close to Glacier 3000, several castles, and both cheese and chocolate factories. It’s also near the unique town of Gstaad.
everything met or exceeded expectations.

We had a small room at a discount, but the room was great and clean. The pool was very warm, which my 2.5 year old child enjoyed a lot.
There were a few issues (bed too soft, winter blankets in the middle of a heatwave, coffee capsules never replenished, spa working only after 15.00 and not every day), but the biggest issue was the breakfast. It was just bad! By the 4th day there, we stopped going to breakfast. Not enough variety, every day the same thing. The sausages were extremely poor quality. The scrambled eggs was powder-made, not fresh eggs, and had a ton of cheese which changed the taste a lot. There were never cups and glasses at breakfast, and they were not replenished. The juice (orange and apple) was very poor quality. Salami & cheese selection was OK, although you expect more variety. The breakfast was really bad, more like mountain-hut than a 4* breakfast.

If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind after a long day of hiking, it’s better to avoid this hotel.
The walls are so thin that we could hear every word and shout from drunk tourists wandering the corridors at 3 AM—making it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. Breakfast was another letdown: if you arrive even 30 minutes before the end, you risk finding empty trays and being told the kitchen is already closed, so nothing gets refilled. As vegetarians, we struggled to find anything suitable, and the food quality overall was quite low. We just wanted a quiet place to rest and a proper breakfast—unfortunately, neither was fully accomplished during our stay.

location, clean, modern, spa
- not enough parking place, you have to park for own cost at the center parkhaus, for that room price it is dissapointing
- staff cannot speak english… answering in french most of the cases, hard to talk to them

Location and Facility
Requested the reception to give a bigger room as the hotel had lot of availability of rooms but they asked for an extra charge that I felt was not fair.

Excellent hotel right across the road from the Gare where families with inexperienced skiers or small children can take the short train ride to the Col de Bretaye. The staff and management in the hotel can’t do enough for customers. Special mention for the front desk night manager “Flor”. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Nice comfortable place. Like that the soap and shampoos are available in big sustainable bottles. And love that there’s also body lotion provided in a big bottle. Consumer and environment friendly.

Beautiful and stylish room (allocated after complaining about original room) was very comfortable and had great view over the valley and mountains beyond. Impressive spa facility!
Initially allocated first floor town view room was hot and airless, perhaps because of location above kitchen, also a little small and dark - avoid

We were there for an offsite and it was a very convenient hotel for big groups (has a few good meeting rooms as well). I came one night earlier and enjoyed their Asian restaurant in the evening. The breakfast is continental buffet style and was very correct. Rooms are really big with nice balconies and good views (they looked very new vs the rest of the hotel). I arrived by bus, which is walking distance from the hotel.
The restaurant has really good food but keep in mind only Asian cuisine (just in case you were expecting more Alpine). They have a common/game room which is a bit outdated.
