Pleasant, comfortable

A smallish but comfortable room with a balcony and a view, easy to access. Comfortable beds, good matresses, good quality bedlinen and towels.

Highly recommended! A perfect base to explore Villars and neighboring towns.

The Residence is located right at the center of Villars -- next to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc. It's also close to the cable car station. It has an indoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam, which we enjoyed after coming down from Col d'Orsay. It is also very clean and well-maintained.

The checkout time is rather too early at 8 AM.

Great location, nice pool/spa area, great terrace with the view near pool area, comfy room, teas and coffees in the room, private parking for the guests.

Miserable small single pillow on each bed. Surely giving people two decent pillows would be cheap and greatly improve comfort.

Convenient location for public transport- bus stop over the corner, friendly schedule of buses to gondola. 2 steps to magnificent thermal spa centre. Central mall with Coop in 2 min walking. Nice restos around. Great sauna and nice pool in the building, access until 20-00.

It was clean and the location was good

It was a ghost hotel, no staff to give us the key, not even responding to the emergency phone in order to help us. When we wanted to check out we left the key but the bar of the parking was closed so that we couldnt leave. We had to think a trick to be able to leave

Heerlijk plekje, centraal gelegen in Villars.

Geweldig uitzicht vanaf het balkon Goede badkamer en nog een 2e toilet aanwezig. Kinderbedden ( stapelbed) was maar wens Busstop voor de deur

De veel te harde matrassen in het wand meubel. Dit is voor ons een reden om niet mee terug te keren naar Panorama.
