The credit card reader failed on the day of departure. I did not carry cash to cover in Swiss Francs. I had to pay in US Dolars. This was difficult for both parties. The backup plan for a single credit card reader and for foreign guests was poor. I was offered to pay using a QR Code but was unfamiliar with that form of payment.

The breakfast was very good. Not a very big selection, but enough. Cappuccino was fantastic. Room had enough space, mainly because it was 2 level with beds on the upper floor. Sauna was really hot! (95C). Local restaurant was very satisfactory.
No pool/jacuzzi or resting space near the sauna. No ski room (apparently being redone)

Breakfast was superb and the lady that served us was very nice and professional and made us feel welcome ,
Room was very spacious and surrounding area is beautiful.
When checking in the afternoon I did not feel so comfortable.
Staff were quiet and I felt out of place .
I would have scored this lower if it had not been for the lady serving breakfast in the morning.
