Fine for a quick overnight but not a longer stay.

Breakfast choice, staff and cleanliness excellent.

No restaurant for evening meals. Pizza in the bar is not a good meal after a day driving. Breakfast hot food was cold and stale.

Comfortable hotel for a stay with an excellent breakfast

There is free parking near the hotel as well as paid parking. . . There is no air conditioning, only a fan. The breakfast is excellent. In the evening, the hotel bar offers pizza and drinks.

There is no refrigerator in the room, which is unfortunate. The hotel needs to improve its electric vehicle charging arrangements — charging should be limited to a few hours and not for the entire day.

Average quality, No Air conditioning

Breakfast is good. Parking.

No Air conditioning in the Hotel or Rooms. In 2025 and there's no AC in the bedrooms, sweating like hell and was nearly impossible to sleep at night with such high temperature in the room. Even though this is a common problem in Germany where they are not prepared for hot summers, a Hotel of this kind should be more prepared.

very comfortable 2 overnight stay. Also since we come here for Dr. appointments, great location!

the room was very comfortable, also nice to sleep on a comfortable bed. I always enjoy the great breakfast spread. Great food choices always and I especially enjoyed having the fresh dark breads.

cleaning staff should always check the hand soap at sink in the room, had enough for first night but it was empty for our 2nd day. Other than that, no complaints. also enjoy the comfortable chairs in the lobby.

Its okay

I liked the moderness of the hotel. Also the balkony and interior Design. Most of the staff was nice. I liked the breakfast options.

I didnt appreciate the room cleaner pounding at my door in the morning (before 9, but even after 9 is a no go), although check out was at 11. There were screws in the metal liner between the bathroom and the hallway that were sticking up out of the ground. I didnt like finding them by stepping on them barefoot. I did report this to the front desk with a picture at check out. The breakfast was fairly good. I do think the options on sandwich meats and toppings were a little spare. Also, I am not on the 'light weight' side but still found the matress fairly hard. They were uncomfortable and that was kind of a bummer.

We really enjoyed the bar and spa. Really good value for money. Also the receptionist (dark haired woman) spoke very good english.

The location is great.

The breakfast was chaotic. Most plates were empty and it took forever for them to fill them up. Probably too many holiday students at once working the buffet.

Nice location, clean cosy room. Equpped with tea kettle and mini bar (fridge). Rooms have balconies. All devices operate well. Breakfast is fine.

Would be nice if hotel restaurant is open for dinner. And during summer time air conditioning is dezirable.

The hotel provided a pleasant stay with a cozy room, small balcony, and excellent breakfast options.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room wasn't big, but it had everything we needed. The balcony was a bit tiny, but it was relaxing to have some fresh air. The bed was cozy and clean. The breakfast was excellent. I loved the coffee machines that let you choose your types of coffee, like regular, espresso, cappuccino, or macchiato.

My room did not have a USB plug for charging my phone. Also, I tried but never succeeded in getting washcloths.

Good location, good breakfast.

No air conditioning during summer time in July only an old fan has been provided which made more noise than helping... Since there was no option to open the windows and there was no air conditioning inside in the room was very hot... Hard to sleep in these conditions during the night when inside you have hot air of approx. 28 degrees...

Gym was nice and Breakfast as well

Rooms were clean however the bed sheets were coffee stained and the housekeeping staff failed to fully clean the room. Hair on the shower walls, half empty bottles of soft drinks left in the rooms. Notwhat you should expect from an international hotel chain.

The hot water was working, and the towels were soft.

The staff had a difficult time communicating in German or English. The breakfast was hardly replenished, and if it was, it was enough for two people. Parking was unavailable on the premises and had to search the streets.

Nice space, easy to park, good breakfast and comfy room, the lobby and the bar are also very pleasing.

My room had a constant buzzing from the pipes inside the wall in between the bathroom and the bed, the noise kept coming and going all the time. And also the hotel has no restaurant, which made things hard because there is only one (not so good) restaurant in the entire surrounding.
