Everything. Especially the older women in charge of reception at night , she is adorable & goes out of her way to accommodate.
There was one staff member — a red-haired girl working the morning shift in the restaurant. I was up early, and since breakfast is served at 7:00 a.m., I went to the reception and, at 6:45, politely asked if I could help myself to a cup of coffee.
She refused bluntly and in a cold manner, simply saying, “We are closed.” There was no smile, and her attitude was not welcoming & cold.
She really stood out from the rest of the staff, who were otherwise all very nice and amazing.

Location and facilities
The staff at the reception desk was good, but there was no staff at the bar. When it started raining for one and a half hour and everybody had to get in. There was nobody at the bar for more that an hour. We asked the reception desk and they tried to contact staff but obviously they were ignored. Very bad service. Especially since we couldn't get out to some other place due to the thunder storms.
