Awful dirty. Room was infested with ants in the room crawling around on kitchen work tops, bed bathroom EVERYWHERE.hotel staff was instructed not to deal or make changes to room if guest complained till general manger of hotel returned from leave. Definitely would not recommend to anyone to stay at the property.

I think the property is missing the potential to make money! They could easily open up the bar area and residents could meet & new friendships made.

A nice property which could have been amazing with a little more investment and upkeep. For example, there is a glamorous salon with view of the ocean, however it was not clear how to turn on the light, and the personnel could not say. Finally we found the hidden light switch ourselves. The pillows are not comfortable There was a whole lot of commotion upon our departure involving the fact that we left the dishwasher to run the dishes before leaving, as we dared to have breakfast. However the location is convenient and we enjoyed the pingpong and billiard on rainy days. I wish someone would dust up this old gem.

What an absolute find this place is! Gated. Grounds. Boules court. Laundry. 3 Minute walk to beaches and dining. And that's just for starters. My husband and I were on holiday with our 15 year old daughter, so space and privacy were very important. Our room (110) was palatial! Entry way leads to a sitting area, a big kitchen table, an efficient kitchen with a full sized fridge. The view from the super tall windows was of the manicured front lawn and the ocean beyond. 1st floor bedroom with en suite for our daughter. Then upstairs was our room, next to another full bath. While the decor was dated, I LOVED it. I got misty-eyed with the front desk staff when it was time to check out. I don't know when I'll have the chance to return to Saint Raphael, but if I do, I'll stay for a while.

I stayed for a wedding and was delighted with a cosy self catering studio with patio and sea view. Very practical, all the kitchen utensils provided, friendly helpful staff, lovely central location. I can't recommend the hotel enough!!!

Beautifully renovated former chateau right on the water in Saint-Raphael, close to the beach, the basilica, shops and restaurants. I would have liked to have an oven for cooking (rather than just a stove top) but the place was fantastic. Wonderful friendly staff, parking behind the hotel, and breathtaking views. Perhaps the most photogenic hotel on the beach in Saint-Raphael.

We rented the 4 person until with a separate bedroom. This was great for two people as the couch was the beds for the two other people. It was like having a one bedroom apartment. Separate kitchen as well with cooking equipment. There are no condiments is any kind like sugar, salt and pepper. You'll need to bring or buy these. No oven but burners and a microwave. Drip coffee maker. You need to get coffee and filters. Place was modern and quiet. Good partial view of the Sea. Would come back.

This is a very nice apart/hotel right in the heart of Saint Raphaël. It was very clean, very quite and had a decent bed and shower. The decor was more than a little dated and some renovation would make this a fantastic place to stay. As it is, it’s good and offers good value. We’d stay again but ask for a modernised room, assuming they have them.

We stayed for 6 nights and change of towels would have been appreciated! Change of linnen only for 7 nights and above! But the stay was perfect, close to beach, city, shops restaurants etc! Kitschen was brand new!!!
