Wonderful, sad to leave. I will return

The property was located 150 steps from the beach and all the restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment block was very clean and efficiently run. Reception was very helpful. Our apartment was fully equipped. My dog loved walking along the beach everyday. It was a wonderful 10 day stay and I would return to this apartment.

The location is excellent, the apartment has everything you need for a stay.

200 euro safety deposit was blocked on the card upon check-in. They were supposed to be unlocked immediately after the check-out from the apartment. The Résidence didn't reply to any of my messages about this situation. The money was unlocked only after a week.

Bien mais ça aurait pu être mieux

La superficie de la chambre et ses rangements ainsi qu'une bonne literie. L'équipement de la cuisine et ses rangements. Un aspirateur à disposition dans la chambre pour les longs séjours. Les animaux sont acceptés.

Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont très bruyantes. Le wifi est de très mauvaise qualité. Si vous restez une semaine ou plus le PQ n'est pas fourni ainsi que les sacs poubelles. Sur les longs séjours il n'y a pas de ménage de fait entre deux, pas de changement de draps et de serviettes. Le prix de la laverie n'est pas très abordable.

L'emplacement est top, le personnel aussi. L'agent d'entretien est très gentil, nous devions avoir l'appartement pour 16h et nous avons pu l'avoir pour midi, ce qui est relativement sympa quand on fait plus de 12h de route et par cette chaleur avec un bébé. L'appartement est très etroit mais fonctionnel et bien équipé. Nous avons eu droit à changer les draps 1x lors de notre séjour, ce qui est sympa avec le sable.

Le lit était à faire, avec des draps tachés. Heureusement nous nous en sommes pas servis. L'appartement, pourtant vide depuis la veille, était sale et rempli de trace de doigt, de poussières et de sable. Mes pieds etaient noirs dès l'arrivée... les murs sont aussi très fins, entre les voisins qui hurlent h24, ceux qui passent l'aspirateur à 7h le dimanche, ce n'est pas reposant pour des vacances. La télécommande de l'air co ne fonctionne plus, ce qui est assez ennuyant mais un détail... le parking est vraiment une catastrophe. Idéal pour scooter ou Fiat 500 mais limite demandé un prix en + du tarif de l'appartement pour un parking de toute façon sans surveillance et dangereux c'est moyen.
