It is a beautiful, smoke-free property in a pleasant city by the Mediterranean. It is well worth your consideration.

It is very close to all activities. The staff proved helpful and engaging. No secondhand cancer will be spread in and around the entirety of this property, including balconies. Be warned: signs are posted, and there will be enforcement, I'm confident.

If the climate control is not entirely under my control, you must disclose this fact. Not unlike a hotel with a seasonal pool, people expect to get what is advertised and paid for. Therefore, specific dates are commonly listed if a significant amenity is unavailable. Upon being forced to open the windows for cooler air, I did notice some minor traffic noise, but thankfully, no stink of smoke for a pleasant change. A general note: this property rents under different schemes of services beyond Booking.com offerings, so when you arrive and read the binder of information in the room, you might be confused; however, I believe you will find they honor the terms as set in the Booking.com listing, but you might want screenshots to bring with you.

Great location but no air conditioning available certain months

Brilliant location, view, and parking

- We booked this hotel mainly for the air conditioning. We arrived in our hot room and couldn't work the air conditioning. After a trip to reception we were told it's only allowed on in peak months (it was 28 degrees when we were here at the end of May). The hotel specifically advertised having air conditioning when booked via booking.com so this was false advertising - There was no house keeping during our 5 night stay - We had to strip the beds, take bins out and wait while an inventory was done on our room before leaving

Apartment with view and sounds of the sea

Loved hearing the sea gulls chatter! And of course being by the sea. Nice to be able to cook instead of eating all meals out. Easy walking to shops, the train, and restaurants. j And very friendly and helpful staff. Nice for us that they spoke English too.

Although it was nice to have a kitchen, there were absolutely NO condiments such as salt, pepper packets, or oil, vinegar. If they had provided those instead of telling us to go to a fast food restaurant to get them, it would help out considerably. Also warning to those with allergies or chemical sensitivities, the laundry automatically dispenses detergent which is highly scented. Hard to really clean the floor as many cracks in the tile and grout needed replacing.

Superb

Everything. This stay was practically perfect. The kitchen was so well equipped, the room was with a fantastic view, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the location could not have been more perfect. We hope we can come back one day

The only minus was a difficulty in figuring out how we were meant to enter the property with the car, but once it was explained, that too was very convenient. Also, a slightly later check-out could have been nice

Good location, simple rooms, calm

Easy to find, close to train station. We were left alone for 3 days, this was good. Calm location, no screaming neighbours.

No breakfast included. However, there are many bakeries nearby. You have to help clean your room, but this is fine for this price.

full of surprises

great location

elevator not working , we where contacted by reception that our departure was supposed to be at 9:30 am , my booking specifically stated 10:00am. we where also told to remove the sheets from the bed , clean all kitchen utensils, trash the garbage in a outside container, and once all of that is done contact reception and they would come and check if the room was ok (none of this was written anywhere in our booking ) we got a paper at check-in in French that mentioned cleaning

I stayed in a lovely studio with sea view. It exceeded my expectations: the studio seemed to have been renovated fairly recently and kept in good condition; the sea view came with a little balcony, all the amenities i expected were there, the kitchen was perfect for self-catering for myself, everything was in great condition and very clean, the bed was comfy, the loo and bathroom were great for me. The location is fantastic, right by the beach, town centre and train station. All the staff I encountered were delightful.

comfortable well equipped studio apartment close t the harbour in St Raphael

An elegant looking building in a good location 100 metres away from the port in St Raphael. Set back from the road with good and secure parking. The reception staff were efficient and friendly and all the appropriate COVID regulations were respected. The studio/apartment was comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was clean with a good shower. The wifi was reliable and quick.

The walls were thinner than expected and one could hear the music coming from the next door room. Fortunately it stopped at 20:00 otherwise it would have have been disturbing.

Vi tyckte att läget var perfekt, nära till allt, byggnaden var vacker, närheten till havet både för utsikt och bad var härlig. Det var trevligt att sitta i trädgården på båda sidor om huset. Sängen var mycket bekväm. Köket var välutrustat.

Utformningen av inspektionen vid avresan kändes lite obekväm. Utcheckning 9.30 var för tidigt. Det ledde också till att det blev långa köer i hissen på avresedagen.

Notre choix sans vue sur la mer n’a pas été tip top Nous étions conscient de la vue sur le parking Mais n’avions pas pensé à la proximité de la gare et du passage des voitures (très bruyant) La marche au niveau de la douche (assez haute) La saleté des joints en plastique de la douche Une petite modernisation intérieure ne serait pas négligeable. Ainsi que le remplacement du couvre lit peut être - qui malgré sa couleur jaune et son bon état - ne fait pas de première jeunesse
