Eurostars Grand Central

The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious with lots of little extras, like robes and slippers, nice toiletries, and a small fridge. Even though we were right by the elevator, we heard no noise from any other rooms. It is a short, 10-15 minute walk from the main train station, or there are tram or underground stations on the corner. The breakfast was fabulous - big selection of cold meats and cheeses, as well as hot dishes like eggs, sausages, bacon, etc. and cereals/pastries etc.. We loved the 'local' corner and enjoyed trying the white sausage and the mustard. It was such a lovely stay, we wished we had more time to enjoy it!

Trams right out the front to access most of the city, Train station a short walk aswell Rooms were good size, clean. Staff were very polite and helpful.

The frosted shower screens are see through which when travelling with a family of teenage boys isn’t comfortable.

i only like the staff behaviour i think mr ali he was kind and helpful also the girl on my checkout i forgot her name but she was helpul and kind toooo hotel furniture good new

i didnt like the cleaning at all and they provide me with a damage iron boiler for the coffe it was disgusting and when i check in i found water in it means it wasnt clean for the another guest the Ac tooo hot and there was sound for the electricity book braker all night i was hearing it got twin bed and asked for comfort one qween or king cos i was only 1 they supposed to give me they told me to wait to give the room untill clean is done but even when i check in i found twin bedd which cant merge those beds
