I was treated so well, from the very start at entering the hotel, through the whole checkin process, and a lovely glass of prosecco (in a good quality glass too), special chocolates in the room, to tips for not well known parts of Munich worthwhile in seeing, to enjoying the refreshing swimming pool at the end of a hot day and having a very good espresso in the moring. The whole experience was an absolute treat! I often think back, very fondly, of my time there. Thank you!

Staff is attentive and friendly. Breakfast is very good, wide range and plentiful.
Walkable to Karlsplatz and Marienplatz.
The Central train station is located opposite the hotel therefore surrounding areas can be a little intimidating.
