The hotel is very nice and the rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and great views. Though I did pay for a Premium room so this is to be expected.
The guy on the front desk didn't acknowledge me for ages when we arrived. I stood in reception like a bit of a lemon and eventually went up.amd asked him if he could sign us in. I thought there might be a self sign in service but instead I was greeted with a rather blank face. Also the lifts seem rather inefficient and lots of people were waiting, some a long time. Finally the snacks and drinks in the room were really expensive.

Directly opposite Hauptbahnhof so extremely convenient for transport. However a good 15 min walk to Marienplatz. I used the fitness room daily which had good equipment and air conditioning. It was 39 degrees outside!!!

Location was good for our rail travel, staff were good and friendly
Bed moved every time you sat up, mattress was very hard and pillows had no cushioning
