    Hotel was directly opposite the train centre and a 5 minutes walk away. There is nearby shopping centre and restaurant around the hotel. 15 minutes walk to the city centre or 5 minutes by tram or subway. There is also direct bus to the airport just outside the hotel. The only disappointment is there is no aircon and only a small fan in the room. which does not help especially when we were there end May.

    Great for overnight stay or to catch the trains. Hotel was on the 'better' side of the station and felt safe. Although older building but room was not musty and kept surprisingly very clean. Sheets and towels were very clean too. Luggage storage was very helpful. No air-con but provided with fans which helped a bit. Windows were soundproof so we were not bothered with the noise from the road, trams, trains. We were in a triple room on the 7th floor and the lifts stopped at the 6th.

    We first came in. We were putting in a room. They had no air-conditioning on the top floor with very hot weather. They did give us fans the room outlets. The electrical outlets did not work. They did not have any soap in the bathroom for us to use the TV didn’t work and we had to stay in that room for one day but I’ll give them credit they did put us in a better room the second day but for what I paid I don’t think it was worth it. The staff after much debate made arrangements to get us in the bedroom so they did good on that. One other staff members named Carter was extremely helpful. He helped us move our bags to the room next room and he helped bring us fans and other incidentals so I wanna give him credit, but I’d still look for another place if I had to do it again.
