It's located across Munich Central Station. Less than 10 minutes walk to/from ZOB Munich bus terminal. The bus terminal for the airport is just infront of the estblishment. The Centrum is less than 20 minutes away by foot.
NO AIRCONDITIONING!!! It was a bit noisy, we could hear the tram passing every now and then.

The location was perfect, next to the main station, subway and trams. One straight line and a fifteen minute walk to town center, Marienplatz.
The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Beds were comfortable. Ample choices for everyone at breakfast.
Wifi wasn’t great for searching online but fine for emails and messages.

The location was very convenient. The breakfast was nice.
The room was very small. The temperature of the room couldn't be adjusted so it was extremely warm all the time, to the point where it was unbearable at times.
