Everything was on time, clean, efficient. Location was convenient for central Munich, everything withina few minutes walk (train station, bus stops, shops, restaurants, attractions etc.)
Busy tram line outside, but I barely noticed.

Great location, easy to go around, there is plenty of parking space in the garage. Firm bed
Room is really small. Barely fit 1 large luggage and 1 carry on when open both luggages. But you can store under the bed.
There is AC. But it is still warm during the night. A small fan or handheld fan is needed.
Curtains not fully covered the window. So the room get bright early in the morning during summer days.
Noises: our room facing the road where the tram track is right outside. Can get noisy
So eye mask and ear plugs are recommended for light sleeper.
