there was no breakfast. the room was clean and fitted with my needs. luggage could be locked in storage which is useful. location conveniant when travelling by train
check was somewhat over complicated. waiting for codes... certainly this could have been sent before and made check in a lot more time consuming and stressful

During my stay, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable too. The breakfast was great with lots of choices.
It would be better if facial tissues can be provided instead of toilet paper only. The location is a little bit far from the main train station but it's acceptable. The surrounding area doesn't have many restaurants to choose from, especially western food choices but Turkish or Middle East food only.

What a great hotel. When we arrived in Munich we were a little scared walking along the streets! But the hotel was safe and clean with professional friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Looking forward to staying again when we return to Munich :)

Bathroom was really clean and the hotel was located near a metro station, so it was easy to get around
The bed and pillows were comfortable
- Ugly decor, old windows with broken shades.
- Bathroom was small with no air extractor and the shower head was broken
- The breakfast room was SO small, you were sitting less than 50 cm away from the person next to you. We barely even found a table to sit and have breakfast.
A very basic breakfast with very little options.
- Bedroom is pretty small and the lighting is very bad
- Overall the infrastructure is old and ugly
- The neighborhood didn’t seem nice
