The only thing troubling us is the hotel name changed and we were not notified which caused a lot confusion when trying to find it

I had a wonderful stay at Flemings Hotel München-City. The location is excellent, only a short walk to the train station, and it’s very convenient to get to Munich’s old town. My Superior Twin room was spacious, and the whole hotel was kept very clean. I want to give special thanks to the staff, Sofia and Onyi. They were incredibly welcoming and friendly, extremely helpful during my stay, and went out of their way to assist me with everything I needed. I truly appreciated their kindness.

My room never cleaned & replaced towels & coffee. I’m guessing the young girl decides not to an Asian lady. Typical European attitude
