I’ve always enjoyed staying at Cloud One Munich, and the staff continues to be excellent, friendly, welcoming, and helpful!
However, my last two stays have been a bit disappointing due to the change in ownership and ongoing renovations. While the prices remain the same, the facilities and amenities have become quite basic compared to what I’ve experienced in the past. I understand renovations take time, but I do feel the rates should reflect the current conditions. I hope the improvements will bring back the comfort and quality that have always made this my preferred place to stay in Munich.

Great location across main train station and short walk to Old Town. Very much appreciated the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.
Everything with the hotel was satisfactory. However, during our stay, there was a large scale construction project adjacent to the building (right outside our window). The loud banging woke us up in the morning, but there was no noise at night during sleep hours.
