Everything we needed for an overnight stay and more. We were pleasantly surprised for the price we paid. The food was to a good standard too.
The train station was a short walk away and the City Centre was in walking distance for the evening meal etc
There wasn't a lift to our floor and we are all over 70 years old so it would be an idea to ensure people are informed of this

It’s a bed and shower which are acceptable but not very pleasant, the room was not warm enough, nothing special to mention
