Everything we needed for an overnight stay and more. We were pleasantly surprised for the price we paid. The food was to a good standard too. The train station was a short walk away and the City Centre was in walking distance for the evening meal etc

There wasn't a lift to our floor and we are all over 70 years old so it would be an idea to ensure people are informed of this

The hotel is located about a 7-minute walk from the main train station, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The place was clean and well-maintained. Despite the fact that it was no more than 5°C outside, the room was warm and comfortable. The online check-in process was quick and smooth, which made arrival especially easy. There was always stable hot water, which is a big plus. Another highlight was the large balcony, perfect for relaxing. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. Asmaul was at the reception desk.

Communication with the hotel was very slow . When I received the online confirmation, it wasn’t clear whether the booking was for a private room for two people. To clarify this, I spent about 30 minutes on the phone, first speaking with an AI assistant, and then waiting to be connected to a human operator. Another inconvenience is that there are a few steps in front of the elevator. This can be problematic if you have large suitcases, especially since no one offered to help, and carrying them was quite difficult. We also expected the hotel to be close to the central bus station (ZOB), but it actually takes around 15 minutes to walk there. With luggage, this is not very convenient, so it would not be accurate to say that the hotel is located near the bus station.

It’s a bed and shower which are acceptable but not very pleasant, the room was not warm enough, nothing special to mention
