    Our room was amazing. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room. Everything you could possible need.

    The location is excellent, just 5 minutes walk from the central train station.. It’s very good that the hotel is supported by its sister hotel which is 1 minute away. For travellers who need complete silence for sleep, you may need to bring a pair of earplugs because traffic noise could be heard at night.

    If arriving late night have to go over the street where there is reception with staff can help you do the check-in.

    Unfortunately, this hotel was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it. The rooms are extremely small and not comfortable for a family. The biggest issue was the check-in process. There is no reception, and you are supposed to check in using a self-service machine. However, the machine did not work for us, and we had to walk to another hotel across the street (managed by the same company) just to collect our room key. This was very inconvenient after a long journey. The air conditioning was also very poor. Even when running, the room remained hot and uncomfortable. Another major downside is the noise. The hotel is located next to the tram line, and you can hear trams passing from early morning until late at night. It was difficult to get proper rest. I usually stay at Le Méridien when visiting this city, but this time I decided to try this hotel. Unfortunately, it was a very bad decision, and I will definitely return to Le Méridien on my next visit. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all.
