25hours Hotel The Royal Bavarian

The convenience of the location from the train station is wonderful!! Also such a nice walk to the Stachus and the Marienplatz. The style of our room was delightful! Ohhhh and the best shower!

Everything was great!

We didn't take breakfast in the hotel, but the restaurant in the hotel, NENI, was excellent. The location is amazing for transport links and access to the city centre. The staff were lovely. There was free beer in the minibar! The air-conditioning was effective and silent. The bed was comfortable. The Ballroom Bar has a good ambiance

These are all minor gripes! Because, overall, the hotel was lovely. There could have been a chair in the bedroom. There was a stool which doubled as a bedside table but it was very low. The reason a chair would have been useful is because the bed is high and that makes for difficulty when putting on ones lace up shoes. The toilet and lavatory room is completely black, which means you can't see when it's dirty, which is not neccessarily a good thing.... There was only alcohol free wheatbeer in the Ballroom Bar: no ordinary strength wheatbeer. Under normal circumstances and given the great quaility of the lager offer, this would not be worthy of comment.....but for the fact we were in Bavaria...

Loved the decor, cafe, bar and size of room. Also location perfect for train station. Also loved the mini bar.

I needed a mattress topper but harder beds seem standard in Europe.

- The first room they gave me is extremely dirty, yes, dirty. The floor was greasy, you hardly relate it to any other 25 hr. - After the first night I told them about the issue, they have kindly upgraded me to a “bigger” room, but the drain in the shower is clogged, the bathroom is flooded everytime you take a shower. Coz I have one more night and I don’t want to change again so I told them I’ll live with it, please clean it. - No refill for tissue, and the cleaning service did not even take the garbage out. The wet slippers still there, and I asked for a kettle but never delivered to my room. It has the element of 25 hr but it is really below expiration, in terms of the cleanness.
