The room was clean and cosy. Although the family room felt a bit small for our family of four, it was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kids loved the play area and the thoughtful gifts they received. We also really enjoyed tasting the hotel's homemade honey, which was a lovely touch. All of this made our stay very enjoyable.
It shouldn’t cost so much to upgrade from a family room to a suite, especially since there are very few family-room options. The family room offered very little privacy from our kids, and the bed was uncomfortable for my husband because of his height. Other than that, the staff were great, and we had a lovely stay.

The kids area and the breakfast
Most of the staff is extremely rude. The hotel isn’t clean, we killed a huge bug and 4 days after we left it was still there. The beds / mattresses were super uncomfortable.
