The property was cosy and had a small area with bar and for kids which was great.
The unfriendly chef - we cousins eat anything there because he didn’t have anything for special request. My daughter is vegan and gluten free due to medical reason but they had nothing for her. Just salad

Overall very good. Nice space with toys for children, very comfortable room, and excellent breakfast
Not a directed problem of the hotel, but it is located at the edge (but about 200m inside) of the Munich's low-emission zone (Umweltzone). This should be stated in the hotel description.

The location was really good. It was just a short walk away from the S-Bahn so you get anywhere you want to, easily. There was a market nearby, too, which was nice for getting a few things if needed. The bar and restaurant were good and the wait staff was friendly.
The breakfast was not included which, honestly was my fault for not noticing when I booked it. But the cost per person per day to add it was 28€ which was ridiculous. The front staff were not the most pleasant. The bathtub/shower were nearly a foot higher than the bathroom floor which made getting out more difficult.
