Superb location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff
Nothing really, would say room only rate was higher than the facilities deserve.
Not a fan of fridge stocked with over priced items, never use them but find them annoying

Room was very large and comfortable - bath and a separate shower! Overlooked the main street, which was busy in the mornings with traffic - if you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs. Great location for the bridges with fantastic views, from the restaurant and easy walking distance to the railway station. Friendly staff and good food. Would definitely stay here again.

I was a paying customer in the hotel. Sat down to eat was questioned why I was sat and should wait at the door for a table. Second day sat for breakfast staff didn’t even present a smile. For someone who was travelling alone which I made them aware of. The service was crap.
