Convenient location on the main street of Bovec, restaurants & shops nearby. Cozy, clean apartment near the Alpe Adria after a rainy day of hiking. Check-in was easy in the sports store on the main level-also handy if you need supplies for your hike! Kitchen, balcony, spacious, clean. Kind & accommodating owner, great value, would recommend & return again.

Amazing scenery and well-equipped room.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the apartment was even bigger than in the pictures. It was well-equipped for a longer stay as well and bonus points for the scenery from the balcony.

The staff was very friendly, and the location is right in the center of Bovec. Supermarkets are close by, which is convenient, especially since the apartment has cooking facilities. The staff provided all the essential tourist information, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in a bit earlier. Communication was smooth, and they were always quick to respond

The apartment could benefit from a few additional basics such as a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, cutting board, and sponges, which would have made the stay more comfortable. We were three guests but received only two towels. The overall cleanliness could be improved—the cutlery wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, so we felt it necessary to rewash items to meet our personal hygiene standards. The shower might need some attention as it leaks and shows signs of pink bacteria, which could potentially affect health if not addressed

Great apartment in the city center of Bovec.

The hotel's location was very good, in the center of Bovec (the place to be for all adventure-related activities). The apartment was clean and had almost everything necessary.

It would be great if the apartment would have air conditioning for future guests, as it can get quite hot in the living room (where the third person was staying).

Great location and great value.

Large room with small kitchen. Host actually has a few rooms that are all very nice. Beds are comfy and place was neat and clean. Easy to find and parking in the store's lot was easy to find. Host lives in level between her store and the rentals so she's easy to find and link up with for keys and other questions. Very accommodating - they even made up the futon couch as a bed since I couldn't easily get up or down the steep stairs to the bed location. Since it was cold compared to where we live, the host brought in space heaters so we'd be comfortable (since the regular heat wasn't turned on yet). Host had info and suggestions for hikes and dining in the local area.

If you re tall the bathroom is short-ceiling, as well the kitchen could have some basics as salt & pepper.

Very kind hosts. The rafting trip with discount for guests was amazing for everyone, especially children. The mezonet apartment is spacious, but there are steep stairs to the bedroom. The accomodation is suitable for sportive families and groups.

Cigarette smoke going from lower level balcony every morning. Some of the equipment of the apartment requires renovation, especially the bathroom, cooker.

The beds and space of the room were good.

The apartment was full with stains at the wall's. In the bathroom there was black mold and you cannot stand up in the shower because the ceiling is too low. I don't want to sit in a bathtub with mold around me. We stayed at much better places for half the price per night. Staff offered us another room, but that one was in the same state.

Everyone was very friendly. The apartment has wifi, ample room to eat and chill.

The bathtub was small, the window full of mildew. The bed had a comfy mattress but made the most annoying noise whenever anyone in the room moved - basically creaked in every joint like a thousand year old giant.

Best place to stay in Bovec!

Amazing staff, amazing hospitality, with an awesome hiking/ outdoor gear shop, incase you forgot something! Also the owners are awesome and cool they know the area extremely well and are helpful to share tips for a good hike/photography/ sport spots!
