Nice hotel at Bovec
We were in the Lux apartment with jacuzzi bath tub which was big and very comfortable for a us as a couple, easy to use The apartment was very large with a big balcony with cozy strings. The bed is king size and comfortable. Bathroom has all what you need. Also a LG smart TV 65' A nice minibar also in the room Breakfast included, the offer to make eggs in you style, omelete was excellent
No cooker for hot water or coffee/tea in the room which is a shame for such a nice room and a balcony like that, luckily the staff is great so we could take coffe from the breakfast to the room

Adorable hotel, great views and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast as well as dinner. The food and staff were great. Our server at dinner was superb.
I have to admit we are the ones that lost the key to the room. But having admitted that, we did have a very unpleasant experience with the blond woman at the front desk. Maybe very unpleasant is a little harsh. She definitely scolded us though. We were afraid to go speak to her because of her demeanor and attitude towards us. The other woman with the short dark hair however MORE THAN MADE UP FOR HER CO-WORKER. She was so sweet, helpful, kind and genuine. We loved her as I'm sure all your guests do.

We loved the area and it is a cute town.
The room was small but nice and the property was pretty. The breakfast was very good and the one dinner that we had there was delicious. The wait staff was very good too!
Even though we asked for a quiet room we were put in a noisy room right on the road. Even though it was in the 80’s there was no air conditioning so it was hot in the room. If we opened the sliding door, the traffic was so noisy and bugs kept flying in. The front desk generally wasn’t very helpful either.

Lovely hotel and a beautiful location, great as a base for exploring the Bovec area
Nice hotel in a beautiful setting. A great base for exploring the greater Bovec area, within walking distance to town where all the restaurants and shops are. Loved the outdoor natural pool, the water was cool, but so refreshing after a day of hiking.

Really friendly staff and great breakfast
The hotel felt a bit dated. For example the soap dispenser wasn’t attached to the wall in our room and the A/C struggled to keep the room cool on warmer days
