The lady at reception was so welcoming and friendly. She showed us the closest town with places to eat and also the nearest tourist attractions when checking In. She also gave with a welcome drink of there local liqueur. She really made our stay so thank you! We also got a room upgrade :)

The location is great and the views are amazing. The people at the reception are super friendly. The rooms are neat and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Location, friendly personnel
Our family room had no proper bed for us two adults - one room with a queen (140cm max!) bed and a single, living room with pullout couch and no possibility to darken the room. Black out curtain only covered 2/3rds of room wide window and a sky light without any possibility to darken at all. Bright as day in there. Bedroom window was facing towards the wooden outer staircase and was reasonably dark with shades although still let light in through the side cracks. Since the kids wake easily in a bright room, they had to take the bedroom while us adults took the sofa bed which is ok comfortable. Bathroom only had a tub with no curtain. Two hooks for towels, toiletry bag etc was not enough. Minimal space to put your toiletries under the sink. Dressers were a bit dusty inside so we didn’t unpack. It was quiet, except when people are loud on the outer staircase. No traffic noise.
Breakfast for 54€ for two adults and two kids was too expensive, especially since there isn’t a great coffee machine, no omelet, but scrambled eggs (did not love), whole fruits, cheese, boiled eggs, small choice of cereal, breakfast meat, cakes&desserts. If you are into cakes, cookies and dessert for breakfast, this might be for you. For a cereal, fruit salad and rolls breakfast eater, this is too expensive.
Sauna is nice with one infrared and one 90 degree C sauna- to be reserved in advance for 10€ an hour for your private use. Was booked out on a rainy day though.
Laundry service (washing/folding) is 20€ for a 10kg load- too expensive. No iron in the room either.
Filter coffee maker in the room, oven, stove top and mini fridge.
Worn furniture in the room (Ikea) but usable.
Most rooms have balconies im the public space around the outside wooden staircase, many windows facing this deck as well. Privacy is an issue.
Free parking. No EV charging, but if necessary you could plug into a regular outlet in the breakfast room and park outside it‘s window/door.
