A lovely hotel in a good location for town centre etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy as was the rest of the hotel. We had breakfast at the hotel which was well cooked and a good selection of hot and cold choices.

Location excellent. Breakfast good and plentiful. Children’s entertainment very good.
Perhaps more supervision at inflatables session in pool. Got a bit wild at times needed someone to control the excitable kids

The main complex could not fault it pool sauna fantastic staff never come across better and the breakfast 5 star
The room we were allocated in the annex has many problems the steps leading up-to the room very slippy when wet highly dangerous the journey from the main hotel to the annex not good for someone on their own too many places from which they could be attacked especially in the dark. Unpleasant to have to walk over in the rain and wind. The rooms were very clean but would have expected to be larger and not enough plug sockets plugging the kettle in was something you had to be aware of easily knocked off the narrow shelf. headboard very slippery pillows kept sliding on it. The bathroom however well equipped and very clean.
