Great location in Congleton with instant access to the major 'A' roads in & out of the town. Hotel is a lovely building in a great setting. My bedroom was at the rear of the property overlooking the well-kept garden, The bedroom was clean and very comfortable, and it had a high ceiling which was benefitial in this period of hight temperatures.
Due to the high tempertures this country has been experiencing it was a bit hard to sleep, and this wasn't aided by the thick duvet on the bed. I probably should have asked for a single cotton sheet, but I didn't at the time, so that's down to me. I don't know if this might have been available. I haven't scored the hotel down for this, and I would certainly stay there again.
