Lovely place to meet up with family.

Great place for family to meet for the weekend. The pool is great for the kids and it's nice to have space in the bar and restaurant. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

There were not enough staff in the bar for the evening. There was one lovely guy who worked his socks off serving a constant queue all evening, however there should not have been a constant queue. You missed out on sales - the table next to us decided to go elsewhere after they'd eaten because of the delays. This also meant that tables were not cleared of the used plates etc. A slight grumble about what was on the whole a fabulous weekend.

Shower, no complaints about the water temp but the shower screen was useless and the bathroom floor got wet through, Our room was next to the stairs so we had constant noise of the door banging closed

Nice hotel but pricey foof

The restaurant bar was fabulous, good atmosphere, excellent food. Bed very comfortable

Restaurant very VERY cold, food prices very expensive. Hotel room was soooo hot, opened the window however the fans/air conditioning fans were opposite the room so very noisy. Pillows are things and lumpy, very uncomfortable

Nice hotel will be back

Bed, shower, breakfast all great. Didn’t use the gym this time but expect to visit again and use it.

£5 parking charge is not ideal… absolutely appreciate need for this to be there to manage demand for e.g. gym visitors but would be nice for it to be free, or better advertised on booking for hotel guests. Given location, expect most people will be driving…

Wasn’t the best

Location was ideal. Staff very unhelpful.

Staff was arsy in the bar and grill area. Was told to order food and drink on the app however what we didn’t know was that only the kitchen received our order for food and the bar staff didn’t receive the order for our drinks even after paying. We was sat waiting for 35 minutes for our drinks until I confronted a member of staff at the bar when I was spoken to very poorly and abruptly. We wasn’t made aware that the app was down on the bar staffs side. Really ruined our night of dining.

Room was more than big enough, shower was amazing, very clean and comfortable Staff on the desk very helpful to sign in, very happy and impressed with the whole visit. Reason why I’ve stayed 6/7 times

No heating in room, nothing done to sort this out for me. An expensive cold stay!

Nice modern hotel. Coffee shop and gym on site. Sadly didn't have time to check the gym out.

The heating in my room was broken. I flagged this when i checked in then had to leave for an event. The girl said she'd sort it. I came back at midnight, not sorted. Flagged it again, said they couldn't do anything. I had a very old oil heater put in my room that was incredibly noisy (and not PAT tested). So my room was freezing all night on the coldest night of the year so far (-2 degrees). The quilts are thin so that didn't help. No radiators in the room or bathroom so having a shower in a very cold bathroom. I mentioned it again in the morning when checking out, not even an apology. So disappointed as I planned to use this hotel about 8 times a year for work ... think i'll be using the close by premier inn now.

Made my stay in Leeds complete, while visiting family.

On arrival, reception staff were welcoming & helpful checking in. The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious & faced the west & there was no noise. The bar area was not over crowded, with ample space between tables and large tv screens to entertain. The best was the gym, again very spacious and I particularly enjoyed the Sauna & steam rooms. The pool looked lovely and I would have enjoyed that as well if I had the time. Well done Village Hotel, Leeds!! Will come again, when I have the opportunity.

The car park, had pools of water at the pedestrian areas, as it had rained. Not a big issue, but I thought you might like to know.

I wouldn’t recommend it

The staff are excellent, nothing was too much trouble

Room shabby. The carpet was worn, the veneer on the cabinets was chipped, the headboard was stained. Everything was tired. It was very noisy. On the first night there was a police raid and our room was searched by police officers for a fugitive and on the second night a wedding party carried on a private party in the corridor outside our room until the early hours. It was not a good stay

Great property, good price, location good if you drive

Was situated just off of the motorway on our way into Leeds. Gym and pool with sauna onsite at a £5 charge per room per day, staff helpful and a good sized bar. Rooms clean

Only stayed for one night so was good for the one night but for longer stays it could get boring if not going into Leeds ~20minutes drive

The most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Very clean hotel,and friendly staff, Bit confused at first as never seen or used self reception check-in but that was also comfortable overall great experience.

Bit crowded for my liking, wanted to use the gym and pool but it was packed as it looks like half of leeds are gym members 🤣 been to take a look and its a good layout of the gym and pool looks decent unfortunately too crowdy for me.

Modern hotel with great facilities

Shower was great. Having air to air heating / air conditioning was lovely. High quality Samsung TV in room. Lovely big windows. Modern hotel with plenty of facilities, including sports bar with lots of TVs, swimming pool and health club for cheap use by guests

The hotel is a bit far out from the nearest train station, Morley Station. This does.make for a good half hour walk though, on the positive side.

Friendly Stafford comfortable rooms but improvements needed

Comfy and good sized bed. The young guy, tall, blonde haired employee who was on shift Saturday evening was really helpful and friendly. Swimming pool was good. Quiet rooms which were great, couldn't hear people in bar downstairs, couldn't hear the lifts, so that was good.

We requested a cot for our 18 month old in the room, checked at reception before going up to room when we arrived in the evening. Instead of the cot we asked for a floor bed had been made up. At that time of day with a newborn and a toddler waiting to get to bed this was really bad. Four of the towels in the bathroom had stains on them. A suggestion for the swimming pool changing facilities would be for a bench to be added in the family changing area otherwise it's very difficult to get changed.
