    We had a wonderful stay at The Jensen Potts Point and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney. The hotel is stylish, clean, comfortable, and ideally located near cafés, restaurants, and public transport. The warm atmosphere made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Victoria, who looked after us so kindly throughout our stay. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and always ready to help. Her genuine hospitality made our experience especially memorable. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay at The Jensen again on our next Sydney visit.

    I took my Dad to Sydney for a long weekend. He travelled to Australia from overseas to visit. I booked 2 single rooms. First issue was that when we got the keys from the lockbox, one did not work. So we had to walk to the next hotel from the chain to get another key issued. Secondly there was only one bathroom including the shower on the floor. It wasn’t kept stocked for paper towels over the weekend. It appeared it wasn’t actually checked or cleaned. The rooms are small, mine was fine, dad had dirt on the shelf rack to put your belongings. For the price I paid I would not book it again. The area is beautiful but public transport is fine in Sydney, so would personally go further out with a different spot next time. Was disappointing
