    The room was extremely hot, and despite repeatedly asking the staff to fix the issue for two consecutive nights, nothing was done. It was very uncomfortable, especially for the children, who were sweating throughout the night. We were disappointed with the lack of action and the poor service. Guests should not have to repeatedly ask for something as basic as a comfortable room temperature. We hope management takes this issue seriously and improves their service for future guests.

    The hotel is clean and well presented. Our room (compact double) was very small but ok for a short stay. A small table would have been great. The bathrooms are shared, but there are a few throughout the hotel so that there is always one close by. There is a supermarket 50 m down the street and a bus stop across the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, great value for a micro room in a central area of Sydney.

    The location is so convenient from the public transport pov and also the place itself is so vivid and filled with happy vibes. Totally recommend

    While the room was nicely decorated and the location was convenient, unfortunately we experienced very noisy neighbours who ket us up, and the bathroom doors are so loud that they wake everyone up with people coming and going. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep on our trip, and unfortunately there was nothing that management could do to help. They were helpful when my card wouldn't work in obtaining a replacement for me quickly, so I could get into my room. Unless you're a heavy sleeper, I wouldn't recommend. I know we weren't the only ones experiencing this issue.
