    Great spot. Nothing fancy just simple and affordable. Parking may be an issue, just plan ahead, even with extra parking charges it’s still great value! I’ll be back, staff were friendly and helpful.

    Location is good as we can walk, ride the bus, or hop on a train to go places. It's even faster to reach circular quay by walking than by bus. For reference, bus stop is 150m away while the train station is 800m. Space is small but it was enough for three people. To put to scale, we had two large checked-in luggages. The TV has to be fixed as it was on demo mode. Amenities include a blower, small fridge, and heater. Also provided were complimentary coffee, sugar, and milk. Interested occupants must bear in mind that it is a budget accommodation. Also, there is no elevator so carrying heavy luggages to the room will be a challenge. Communication-wise, the property was quick to respond to our queries via the agoda app. They were also kind enough to lend us a scale for our luggage. A variety of local establishments are within easy walking distance, including restaurants, a bookshop, a laundry shop, a pharmacy, Woolies, and The Grumpy Baker café. Overall, decent stay. I would recommend.

    Very much recommended. We stayed on the 1st floor. Staff were accommodating . Room was tidy. Lots of shops around. Few minutes walk from train station. Definitely coming back.

    Got a good price through Agoda for King Room with private bathroom. The bathroom is small but functional for one person. Short trip to city so location is good. It has been revamped but it's a little tatty around the edges in the room. There were 2 flights up on "old-school" staircases so that might be a thing for those with mobility issues. Nevertheless I was only there for a night so it was good for me. Long-term stays might present challenges. Check-in and out were easy and staff were pleasant. It has a sort of backpacker ambience but it was quiet when I stayed even with a street frontage (facing North, so nice sunshine in May).
