    This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. We asked for an accessible room due to disability reasons - we were given a lower ground floor room which meant going down stairs. The room was extremely small - this wasn't such a surprise given the location but not manageable for 2 people. It was extremely noisy - we could hear every movement above, each step taking by guests and the staff working above our room. Every time the staff's phone vibrated, it sounded/felt as if it was in our room - it was actively vibrating, receiving messages/notifications well past midnight. The window didn't open and there was no air circulating. We were unable to control our airconditioning unit from the room. At 1.30am we had to go upstairs and ask the staff member to help. He turned on the aircon. On the second night, at 3am our room was extremely hot - the heating was on. Again, this is something we couldn't control from our room so had to go upstairs and ask staff to turn it down. We were told staff can only control an entire floor, not a single room, so if someone complains it is too cold and needs it warmer, it warms every room. Our room was 28°c at 3am. The bed is the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I have ever laid on. I can't say 'slept on' as I only managed an hour each night - I was in so much discomfort. I have taken strong pain relief for sciatica from sleeping on such a hard bed. I am exhausted from lack of sleep. Two people couldn't manouver around the room. It was a horrendous stay and not worth the *** for two nights. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly enough and tried to help when they could but the hotel is so poor that they couldn't solve the issues except for the heat/air

    Room was small but comfortable. However the tube is located below or nearby so I could hear trains running from the ground floor.

    Brilliant location and room size was as expected. However, the mattress was solid (it was like sleeping on wood) and the floor shook and was loud, which I believe was from traffic
