The room and bathroom were nice and clean and the location can't be any better.
Since it was my first stay at this hotel I got confused by the arrangements, as it is on the second floor of the building, the first and third floors are occupied by the owner. Also the building has 2 entrances and you have to remember how to get in and out.

The location is very convenient. There is paid parking available at the property that is 10€ per night.
For people sensitive to smells, the corridor (that leads to the rooms) had a dog smell and a light cigarette smell.

The host was kind and cooperative. He was on the spot and assisted us in person with our arrival and departure. The room was comfy, functional, and decorated in an old-fashioned aristocratic style. The parking lot was fenced in the backyard.
The entrance staircase was quite narrow and steep. One had to watch the steps, especially when going downstairs.
