Close to the National Palace of Culture.
It didn't bother me, but the restaurant appears to be disused and the garden was somewhat cluttered and untidy which doesn't give a good vibe when you arrive. However, my room was fairly up-to-date and was fine.

Very kind, hospitable and responsive manager of the hotel. He met me late at night, because of the late arrival of the plane. In 30 seconds I was given a large, clean and comfortable room with all the amenities. In the very center of Sofia, close to all the sights and a very quiet place. It was very comfortable to sleep. And an amazingly low price for such a chic place. Next time I will definitely choose this chamber and cozy hotel.

The location. The owner was very attentive and gave us info about the neighborhood. He also did our checking at midnight.
Lack of cleaning not only the building but the reception smell so bad,a cat and a dog live there. Also around the house and front yard need badly a good cleaning
The stairs were so narrow that we could not take our cabin luggage, Our room was in a different building, beside the main house.
