The Hotel is very well located in the heart of Sofia in Bulgaria. The family room is very spacious with two large beds and plenty of space. The TV is very big enabling us to watch some on demand movies while we rested. Breakfast was good.

Location
The hotel itself was fine, but the reception staff was rude and unhelpful. Their attitude made the check-in & out experience uncomfortable. This is an area that clearly needs improvement.

The location is great and the room was comfortable
We stayed in the corner suite.
The room was big, but the layout was not very good. I was expecting more attentive and proactive service, but I had to remind the staff several times about some amenities I thought would be provided automatically. I personally feel uncomfortable asking many times about such things, so in the end I decided to stop asking.
