Great location in the centre of the main Sofia attractions. Attentive and helpful staff, welcome drinks and eats. We were on the top 6th floor with small balcony overlooking the orthodox Church. Good sized room, comfortable and well equipped.

I was delighted about everything in this hotel, the hotel itself as well as the staff. I'll comment each one step by step.
Firstly as soon as we arrived, the bellhop helped us with our luggage and the receptionist (Dimitri) offered us the breakfast as complimentary, which was quite nice on his behalf.
Later, when we arrived to our suite, the hotel welcomed us with some champagne and sweets, the suite was incredible, the views were amazing and everything was automated using home automation systems.
Also, the hotel's room service staff replenished the ice for the champagne when it started to melt
The hotel itself is located in the city center, so everything is about 10-15 minutes.
The front desk staff recommended places to eat and drink, from local food restaurants to high cusine ones.
This points I'm going to tell are not complains, just points i think the hotel could improve.
Maybe I'm used to the 5 stars hotels in Spain, but usually what matters on this kind of hotels are the little details.
The room had small stains on the walls and in some places on the floor. Being a suite in a 5 stars hotel, it should be pristine
In other places of the hotel like the lift and some corridors, there were some scuff marks. So, having in consideration it's a 5 stars hotel, it was a bit shocking this things I mention
As for the restaurant's menu, in my opinion it was a bit limited. Also, the breakfast options were nice for 23€ but it lacked of variety for a 5 stars hotel.
I hope my experience serves as advice rather than complaints, since the points I mentioned were made with the best of intentions, so that this wonderful hotel can improve.

reception: very good
I stayed from 10/8 to 15/8, but from 11/8 to 15/8: they did not change the bed sheet, they did not give 2 bottles of water for 2 days, i had to ask them and then they gave me 2 bottles of water, they did not clean the floor, i knew that because i dropped some pieces of paper on the floor and it was still there when i came back in the evening.
