The location, the restaurant, the gym, some of the staff were top notch and would not fault them
The sauna and the jacuzzi were not working and it had been out of service for over two weeks.
The room was always hot at night even though the air conditioning worked perfectly during the day

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with a double decent water pressure shower, coffee machine and plenty of light and mirrors around. The facilities are brilliant. The gym has plenty of variety when it comes to equipment and enough space to use it. I would definitely recommend!
Would add a couple of breakfast options.

Room was great, pool is beautiful. Very pleasant restaurant space, both inside and outside. Our one year old loved looking at the turtles in the little fountain in the garden.
We stayed two nights, one week apart (same room). The second night the shower drain seemingly hadn't been cleaned properly and when we showered, the room flooded.
